Google has recently introduced a new background feature which enables the user to send mail along with performing other tasks. Google’s Gmail Labs always comes in with a new feature to enhance its service day by day. It ensures easy and quick performance of the tasks for its users.
The users can access the feature through Gmail Labs option available in Settings. After enabling it the user can send the mail along with it can continue performing other multiple tasks. The thing to be kept in mind during performing the task is that the browser tab/window should remain active till the time mail is being sent. There is no surety of the e-mail to reach successfully if the PC is not on active mode, i.e., if it is on sleep mode or shut down. This means that the user should be logged in during the whole operation.
There are chances of failure when the address of the recipients is incorrect or invalid. On message being sent successfully, Gmail will show a text message just above the inbox ensuring the successful dispatch. Or else, if the mails were not sent successfully it will not show any message, only a warning message will appear asking to fix the problem.
